July was a shipping month. Three features that had been sitting in beta for a while went to every plan, and a few smaller changes quietly made the builder nicer to live in. Here is the full list.
Gated entry
Forms can now ask for a one-time code, a password or a magic link before a respondent sees the first question. It is the feature behind every "internal request" template we publish, and it was the single most-requested item in the spring survey.
- One-time codes go to the respondent's email and expire after five minutes.
- Passwords are set per form and can be rotated without breaking existing links.
- Magic links are the right choice for audiences you already know: paste a list, and everyone gets a personal URL.
Gated entry is on every plan, including the free tier. Response limits are unchanged.
Automated follow-ups
Post-submission actions grew a scheduler. You can now send a thank-you immediately, a reminder two days later and a survey a week after that, all from the same form, without leaving OnlyForm.
Every follow-up respects the respondent's unsubscribe state, and delivery is logged next to the response so you can see exactly what went out and when.
Brand kit
Upload a logo, pick two colours and a typeface once, and every new form starts from your brand. Existing forms can adopt the kit with one click. Workspaces on the Team plan can lock the kit so nobody ships an off-brand survey by accident.
Smaller things
- The builder remembers your last-used field type.
- Response exports include the respondent's timezone.
- Webhook retries now back off for up to 24 hours.
- The API returns a request ID on every response for faster support.
What's next
August is about reporting. Filtered views, scheduled summaries and shareable dashboards are all in testing now. If you want early access, reply to the product updates email and we will add you to the beta.
