Signatures used to be the point where a form stopped being a form. You would collect everything, generate a PDF, send it somewhere else to be signed, and wait. From today, the signature is just another field.
Three ways to sign
Respondents can draw with a mouse or finger, type their name in a signature face, or upload an image of an existing signature. All three produce the same result: a vector signature attached to the response, with a timestamp, the respondent's IP and the exact version of the form they signed.
Legally binding
Signatures collected through OnlyForm meet the requirements of the ESIGN Act in the US and eIDAS in the EU for simple electronic signatures. Every signed response includes an audit trail you can export as a PDF. If you need a qualified signature for a specific contract, the field can hand off to a provider, but for onboarding, consent and internal approvals the built-in signature is enough.
Where it lives
The signature field is in the field picker, next to file upload. Drop it anywhere in the form, mark it required, and optionally lock the fields above it so the respondent is signing what they see.

What we learned building it
The hard part was not the drawing. It was making the audit trail useful without making it noisy. The response view shows one line: who signed, when, and which version. Everything else is a click away.
